What happens when all 10 slots fill?+
The founder pricing closes. New signups move to regular pricing. Existing founding customers keep their rate as long as their account stays active.
Can I switch tiers later?+
Yes. Move up as you hire, move down if you scale back. Your 50% founder discount applies to whichever tier you're on.
What's the commitment?+
6 months minimum. If you cancel before then, pricing reverts to the regular rate for the period you used. After 6 months, keep the 50% discount as long as you stay.
Do you help with migration?+
Yes — migration is included for founding customers. I'll move your customer list, sites, open jobs, and price list over from wherever you are today.
How does sub-seat pricing work?+
Shop includes 3 sub seats and Connected includes 10 — for your 1099 helpers, junior subs, or partner crews you invite into your tenant. Need more? Each additional sub is $9/month, billed only while active. Solo tier doesn't support inviting subs.
How is billing calculated?+
Per technician, per month. Every billable user (owner, admin, manager, or tech) counts toward the per-tech price. Shop and Connected have no user cap; Solo is capped at 2 users.
